Company Profile
Goldstream Group, Inc.
Company Overview
Goldstream Group, Inc. is a woman-owned evaluation firm based in Fairbanks, Alaska and serving clients across the United States. We do serious work in one of the most complex, underserved, and genuinely fascinating places in the country — and we've been doing it for a long time.
Our portfolio spans more than 250 projects, and no two look alike. One month we're deep in a SAMHSA-funded behavioral health evaluation with a tribal organization addressing intergenerational trauma. The next we're analyzing STEM outcomes for NASA-funded research that embeds teachers in Arctic field expeditions. We evaluate rural school districts serving students across roadless communities, Indigenous cultural apprenticeship programs, military-connected math initiatives, substance use prevention systems, and university STEM pipelines. We work where the stakes are real and the populations are too often overlooked.
We started in Alaska — and Alaska remains at the heart of what we do — but our reach has grown. We now serve clients across the United States, bringing the same rigor and relationship-driven approach we developed here to programs and communities nationwide. That expansion reflects something simple: good evaluation travels, and our reputation has opened doors far beyond Fairbanks.
Our federal funder relationships span NSF, NASA, the U.S. Department of Education, SAMHSA, the Administration for Native Americans, the Administration for Children and Families, the Department of Justice, the Indian Health Service, and DoDEA. Our community client relationships, with tribal organizations, rural school districts, and Alaska Native nonprofits, go back years, many more than a decade. In a field where credibility is everything, ours is earned.
