Your role:

• Leading complex, technical, global projects related to unstructured data migration (email, files etc.).
• Partnering closely with engineering, product, consulting, commercial, operations, and compliance teams to align technical execution with business goals.
• Communicating clearly across stakeholder groups to maintain shared understanding and direction.
• Managing intricate schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues through structured planning and proactive mitigation. Escalating obstacles appropriately while keeping stakeholders informed with clear, consumable updates.
• Driving strong program governance through consistent metrics tracking, reporting, and performance oversight. Ensuring systems, solutions, and data integrations comply with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and fostering strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promoting a transparent, collaborative, and accountable culture across the organization.

Requirements

You're the right fit if:

• You've acquired 5+ years of experience in end-to-end Program Management, preferably in a financial or other regulated environment. You have successfully led large complex programs, projects, and initiatives with a structured approach, using PMP, Prince2 or Agile methodologies.

Your skills include:

• Experience managing PMOs and collaborating effectively with engineering teams. Solid technical fluency across architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps.
• Knowledge of Agile planning using tools like Jira. Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities. Knowledge of NetSuite and cost analysis would be desirable.
• You have a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration or similar, Project Management or 5+ years of equivalent Project Management experience. PMP certification, preferred.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
• You're an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong stakeholder management abilities.
