About the Role:

The Senior Project Manager will lead the full project lifecycle for major water sector schemes in the UAE - spanning water supply, wastewater, transmission, distribution, and associated civil/infrastructure works. The role requires proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects for government and private clients such as Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi City Municipality (ADM), ADWEA/EtihadWE, or MOEI. This role bridges project delivery and business development within the water sector in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary client interface, managing relationships with regulatory authorities and stakeholders across the UAE's water sector.
• Lead project planning, programming, budget control, risk management, and change management throughout design and delivery phases.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams (civil, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical), ensuring technical quality and programme compliance.
• Manage procurement, subcontract packages, and third-party interfaces, including utility authorities and approvals.
• Lead UAE Proposals and Bid submissions and develop strong client relationships.
• Drive project reporting, governance, and contract administration.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; PMP certification is preferred.
• 20+ years (including 7+ years in a PM leadership role)
• Demonstrable experience delivering water infrastructure projects in the GCC, ideally in the UAE and particularly in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE and particularly Abu Dhabi regulatory requirements, design standards, and authority approvals processes.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera P6; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
