We are seeking Senior Project Managers (m/f/d) for our Biopharma & Life-Science Business Unit in Germany as soon as possible. As an experienced project manager, you will take on the technical and commercial overall responsibility for national and international projects in the biopharma and life sciences sector. These typically include the planning, construction, or renovation of complex production facilities, complete manufacturing plants, or laboratory buildings.You will actively accompany and shape all project phases - from the feasibility study (Feasibility) through Concept Design (CD) and Basic Design (BD) to Detailed Design (DD), implementation, commissioning, and qualification. As a general planner, you will integrate all internal departments and coordinate interdisciplinary planning teams.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Management of planning, implementation and finalization of projects in the biopharma and life science industry
• Active participation in shaping the early project phases (Feasibility, Concept Design, Basic Design) with technical and economic expertise
• Ownership of cost, time and quality targets of the project
• Overall responsibility for Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) and related topics
• Internal and external project reporting
• Assembly and management Exyte's project team during the planning and execution phase
• Management and coordination of external partners and suppliers
• Risk Management for the project
• Participation in contract award negotiations with suppliers and sub-contractors

Show your expertise

• Completed degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering, architecture, building services engineering or clean room technology
• Several years of professional experience in the planning and implementation of EPC investment projects, ideally within the Biopharma
• Fluent German and English language skills mandatory
• Ability and willingness to travel and stay on site
• Independent and service-oriented way of working and good communication skills
