Join our team and contribute to the success of large-scale SAP projects within Finance and Supply Chain functions. As an SAP Project Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading project delivery, driving business transformation, and ensuring alignment between local and global business requirements.
Your Missions:

• Lead overall project planning, governance, progress tracking, and issue management
• Manage project reporting to regional and global stakeholders
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and decision-making forums
• Track project milestones, KPIs, risks, and dependencies
• Drive business process and requirements definition within Finance and Supply Chain functions
• Support Fit-to-Standard workshops and align local business requirements with global templates
• Design and optimize As-Is and To-Be business processes
• Prepare and coordinate testing activities, including test scenario development
• Support testing execution, cutover planning, and go-live readiness
• Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and other business stakeholders
• Facilitate collaboration between local, regional, and global teams
• Drive business transformation and organizational change initiatives
• Support user adoption, training, and communication activities

Your Profile:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles, with proven hands-on involvement in project delivery
• Technical skills: SAP S/4HANA implementation experience; experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, or deployment activities
• Business process transformation experience or BPR experience
• Stakeholder management: Strong skills in managing stakeholders in multicultural environments
• Language: Native-level Japanese and business-level English
• You demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills
• You show adaptability and a proactive approach in dynamic project environments
• You possess a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with generative AI tools is a plus
• Degree in a relevant field is a plus
