Description

MISSIONS:

Working closely with the senior fund managers, you will be responsible for the financial monitoring of the real estate retail funds :

• Monitore, analyze, and optimize real estate fund performance with a focus on p&l forecasts and cash flow plans,
• Contribute to real assets valuation campaigns, control fund valuations,
• Participate to arranging bank financing and optimizing leverage,
• Contribute to structure investments and assist financial engineering,
• Prepare periodic reporting for investors, advisory board, regulatory and internal reporting for the senior management,
• Monitor the environmental and social policy of the managed funds,
• Improve process and tools, ensure data remains up to date

PROFILE:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance, asset management, audit, or real estate,
• Ability to work in a challenging and fast-growing environment,
• Strong ability to work autonomously, strong financial skills and excellent analytical abilities,
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in Spanish, English and French
