OverviewThe TwinEagles Club is a member-owned, full-service country club with 717 residences across approximately 1,115 acres of breathtaking subtropical wilderness. Meticulously preserved to offer panoramic views and immersive encounters with Florida wildlife, the Club has earned Audubon International Gold Signature Sanctuary certification in recognition of its environmental stewardship. Members enjoy a refined yet relaxed environment known for its hospitality, camaraderie, and exceptional amenities.
Golf is at the heart of the TwinEagles tradition. The Club is home to two acclaimed championship courses:
- The Talon Course, designed and renovated by Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II, is celebrated for its length, challenging approach shots, and undulating greens. The Talon Course also hosted the PGA TOUR Champions' Chubb Classic, formerly the ACE Group Classic, from 2002 to 2006 and again from 2012 to 2018.
- The Eagle Course, designed by Steve Smyers and Patrick Andrews, is recognized for its strategic design, architectural character, and visual elegance. The course was updated in 2019 to further enhance its playability.
In addition to exceptional golf, Members enjoy diverse culinary experiences, an active social calendar, a comprehensive Wellness Center, and a vibrant Racquets Center featuring tennis, pickleball, bocce, swimming, personal training, physical therapy, and massage therapy.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Position: Seasonal Outside Golf Operations Attendant
Department: Golf Operations
Reports To: Outside Operations Manager, Outside Operations Shift Lead, Head Golf Professional, and Director of Golf
Classification: Seasonal, Hourly / Non-Exempt
Seasonal Term: Approximately October through April, based on Club needs
The Seasonal Outside Golf Operations Attendant is a highly visible, service-focused member of the TwinEagles Golf TEAM. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and first-class golf experience for Members and guests throughout the Club's peak season.
The Seasonal Outside Golf Operations Attendant supports daily activities at the bag drop, golf cart staging areas, practice facilities, and other Member-facing areas of the golf operation. Responsibilities include greeting Members and guests, handling golf bags, preparing and maintaining golf carts, supporting practice facility operations, and assisting with tournaments and special events.
Success in this position requires a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
Experience Required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in golf operations, private clubs, resorts, hospitality, valet service, or another service-focused environment is preferred but not required.
- General knowledge of golf, golf equipment, and golf course etiquette is preferred.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service in a professional private-club environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, retain Member preferences, and complete assigned responsibilities with limited supervision.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a TEAM.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a golf cart.
- Availability to work a flexible seasonal schedule, including early mornings, afternoons, weekends, holidays, and tournament days.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, and cooler temperatures.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Ability to lift and carry golf bags, practice ball baskets, supplies, and other equipment weighing up to approximately 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate golf carts, range equipment, and other tools associated with daily outside golf operations.
Essential Responsibilities

- Deliver attentive, personalized, and professional service during every interaction.
- Anticipate Member and guest needs and respond promptly to service requests.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly prepared golf carts, bag storage areas, practice facilities, and operational workspaces.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and pride in the overall presentation of the golf operation.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with Members, guests, fellow TEAM Members, and Club leadership.
- Follow established operating procedures, safety standards, and service expectations.
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and personal accountability.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance consistent with TwinEagles Club standards.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet Members and guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Assist with the unloading, identification, storage, staging, cleaning, and loading of golf bags and equipment.
- Prepare and stage golf carts according to the daily tee sheet, Member preferences, and Club operating standards.
- Clean, inspect, charge, stock, and properly store golf carts to ensure they are safe, presentable, and ready for use.
- Maintain accurate placement and organization of Member golf bags and ensure equipment is handled carefully and returned to the appropriate location.
- Provide Members and guests with accurate information regarding course assignments, starting locations, practice facilities, cart rules, and daily golf activities.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bag drop, cart staging areas, bag storage rooms, practice facilities, and other assigned operational areas.
- Support the daily setup, maintenance, and breakdown of the driving range, short game area, and practice putting greens.
- Collect, clean, and replenish practice balls and ensure practice amenities remain properly stocked and presented throughout the day.
- Assist with tournament and special-event preparation, including cart staging, bag handling, signage, practice facility setup, and post-event breakdown.
- Monitor the condition and operation of the golf cart fleet and promptly report maintenance concerns, damage, or safety issues to a supervisor.
- Support pace-of-play, starter, player assistant, and on-course service functions when assigned and properly trained.
- Communicate Member requests, operational concerns, lost-and-found items, and service issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Follow all Club policies regarding golf cart use, equipment handling, workplace safety, inclement weather, lightning alerts, and emergency procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing duties and ensure all assigned areas are properly secured, organized, and prepared for the next day.
- Work collaboratively with the Golf Shop, Tournament Operations, Golf Course Maintenance, Security, and other Club departments to support seamless daily operations.
- Perform additional golf operations responsibilities as assigned to support the Member experience and the needs of the Club.
