KPMG China's Transformation Consulting team helps clients define and deliver their ambitions to drive step change growth and operational excellence, enabled by technology and data. We are seeking a manager with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP functional experience to lead cross industry transformation projects from design through implementation and testing.
At KPMG, you will work in multi-disciplinary teams that combine deep industry expertise with digital, data and technology capabilities, supporting clients on their most critical transformation agendas. You will have access to continuous learning, professional accreditation support, and opportunities to grow into broader leadership roles within our Transformation and Technology Consulting practices.

- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to align on scope, priorities, and solution options, managing risks, issues, and dependencies across business and IT teams.
- Oversee preparation and quality of key project artefacts: functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test plans, cutover plans, training materials, and operating procedures.
- Drive System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and cutover activities, ensuring defects are triaged and resolved promptly and that business readiness criteria are met.
- Drive user adoption, training and change management, as SME on D365 F&O functionalities
- Work with technical teams on integration, data migration and reporting to ensure end-to-end solution integrity and performance.
- Manage day-to-day delivery for your workstream, including resource planning, status reporting, financial management input, and stakeholder communications.
- Contribute to business development: support RFP responses, develop proposals and demos, and help build D365 and transformation related to market offerings.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, providing on the job guidance, feedback, and support to build team capability.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering or related disciplines.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. D365 Finance / Supply Chain Functional Consultant) and prior Big 4 / top tier consulting experience are highly regarded.
- Minimum 3 years of hands on D365 ERP functional consulting experience, with participation in at least one full lifecycle implementation (design, build, test, deployment and post go live support).
- Solid functional knowledge in one or more domains, for example: finance, procure to pay, order to cash, inventory and warehouse, projects, or manufacturing.
- Proven ability to work cross industry - for example across financial services, consumer & retail, hospitality, public sector or other sectors - and to tailor solutions to different operating models and regulatory environments.
- Strong consulting skill set structured problem solving, clear communication, executive level presentation, and workshop facilitation.
- Demonstrated experience managing workstreams or small teams on complex ERP or transformation programmes within a consulting or large corporate environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin (both strongly preferred) to work effectively with Hong Kong and Mainland China stakeholders.
