Occupational Services, Inc. (OSI) is seeking a motivated and experienced Industrial Hygienist to join our growing Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) consulting team in the San Diego area. This full-time position is ideal for a professional with 3-5 years of industrial hygiene experience and a strong technical background in occupational health and safety.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Safety & Health, Safety Management, or a related field. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with education, certifications, and relevant experience.

Requirements
Position Responsibilities
The Industrial Hygienist will provide consulting services to a diverse client base and will be responsible for:
Conducting industrial hygiene exposure assessments and monitoring programs (primary responsibility)
Performing qualitative and quantitative risk assessments
Serving as an EHS consultant at client facilities across various industries
Developing, implementing, and maintaining health and safety programs
Delivering EHS training and educational presentations
Conducting facility audits and regulatory compliance assessments
Assisting clients with the preparation and submission of regulatory permits and documentation
Serving as a liaison during City, County, State, and Federal regulatory inspections
Preparing technical reports and recommendations based on assessment findings
Supporting additional environmental, health, and safety projects as needed
