Title: Executive Assistant
Wage: $25 / hour
Classification: Full time | Non-Exempt | Benefits
Location: Columbia Falls, MT | Office-based
Reports to: President
Position Overview:
The primary role of the Executive Assistant is to provide high-level support to the President, Board of Directors, and Executive Team. This position helps to streamline communications and work efforts across the organization to ensure the team’s overall success. The Executive Assistant also fulfills an important liaison role by serving as the primary point of contact for the public and other stakeholders. This position coordinates many important aspects of the Conservancy’s operations that directly support our mission to preserve and protect Glacier National Park for future generations.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience): College degree, and at least two years of relevant experience. Applicants with comparable qualifications and work experience are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently to meet deadlines
- Effective office administration with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, demonstrating initiative in completing tasks
- Ability to engage positively with donors and the public by phone, email, and in-person
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills
- Dedicated learner and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the organization
- Strong computer skills and the ability to master new applications quickly, including proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, Adobe, and presentation programs
- Flexibility in terms of the timing and nature of work duties
- Passion for the mission of the Conservancy and knowledge of Glacier National Park
