Description
Director, Value Management wanted by Solar Landscape LLC (Asbury Park, NJ).
Lead strategic initiatives focused on maximizing project and platform value across operating and pipeline community solar projects. Define metrics to measure value and deliver associated calculations and analysis. Develop standardized workflows, templates, and best practices to scale execution. Automate processes in partnership with Technology team. Evaluate key business decisions and make strategic recommendations based on value analysis. Recommend changes to business processes and practices. Must work onsite 3 days per week. Remote work permitted 2 days per week.
Reqmts: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Economics, or closely related field and four (4) years’ experience in the job offered or similar role. Also requires at least one (1) year of experience in each of the following:
- Drive hypothesis-based problem solving, framing issues and guiding structured analysis to generate recommendations.
- Lead end-to-end engagements, from scoping and work planning to delivery and follow-up.
- Synthesize complex analyses into clear insights and deliver presentations to boards and executive committees.
- Direct junior team members, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and professional development guidance.
Salary: $180,000.00 to $220,000.00/Year.
