Calusa Country Club is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Assistant Superintendent to oversee the maintenance and operations of our 12-hole course. The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent and the Director of Agronomy to ensure the course is maintained to the highest standards and provide an exceptional experience for our members and guests. Responsibilities include managing the maintenance team, scheduling and supervising course maintenance tasks, monitoring irrigation systems, and implementing turf management programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in golf course maintenance, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful golf courses.
