This position plays a vital role in planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the administrative and data management functions that support equitable property assessment and informed city decision-making. Requirements

Strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience training, mentoring, and supporting staff.
Experience managing complex business systems, databases, or assessment/property data with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to oversee office operations, budgeting, payroll, purchasing, and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and statutory deadlines.
Strong customer service and communication skills when working with the public, staff, and external agencies.
