Company Overview
Summit Health Solutions is a Canberra-based multidisciplinary healthcare team supporting older Australians to remain living well at home. We bring together allied health and in-home services, working closely across disciplines to support each person’s independence, function and goals as they age.
Company History
Summit Health Solutions began in 2012, initially providing allied health services within residential aged care in Queensland. After relocating to Canberra in 2015, our focus shifted towards supporting older Australians in their own homes and communities.
Today, Summit is a multidisciplinary team based in Deakin, bringing together Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise, Remedial Massage, Nail Care Therapy, Social Work and Allied Health Assistants, alongside our In-Home Support Services. Our services work together around a common goal – helping older Australians maintain their function, independence and ability to remain living in their own homes for as long as possible.
More recently, Summit was awarded funding through Capital Health Network (CHN), the ACT’s Primary Health Network, to deliver Summit Strong, an early-intervention frailty program for older Canberrans. This has allowed us to expand our focus on prevention and early intervention, alongside the ongoing community services we have built over many years.
We remain a locally based and Director-led organisation, with our Deakin clinic and office providing a home base for our growing community team.

*Established in 2012 – over a decade delivering allied health services.
