Company Overview

As a nonprofit organization, Reflo’s mission is to catalyze sustainable water use, green infrastructure, and equitable water resource management that support triple-bottom-line outcomes that are grounded in strong partner relationships. We will accomplish our objectives through education, research, and the implementation of water projects that are valuable for individuals, local communities, and the organizations that support them.

Reflo is led by an environmental engineer and is comprised of environmental educators, young adult mentors, communication specialists, storytellers, makers, and community and environmental advocates. Over the past decade we have supported over 40 green
and healthy schoolyard redevelopment projects and dozens other community-based water projects. Our role as a partner of project
owners often means we help to fill in gaps in project management and ongoing support at each phase of development to meet shared partner objectives.

    As part of Milwaukee's Environmental Youth Collaborative (EYC) with support by Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD ) and Employ Milwaukee Workforce Development , we are hosting workshops to prepare youth to apply for future employment, hopefully for an organization in the EYC if they would like to do so.
