Company Profile
Ancora Training
Company Overview
Ancora Training provides customized CDL training solutions to help organizations build a safer, more skilled driving workforce. Our programs are designed to integrate seamlessly with your existing training structure, combining hands-on learning and expert instruction to equip drivers with the knowledge and real-world skills they need to succeed.
Whether you’re upskilling current drivers, reskilling employees for new roles, or launching a CDL program from the ground up, our scalable solutions adapt to your operational needs. We partner closely with each client to develop a program aligned with their specific goals and workforce demands. While our CDL training solutions are turnkey, we take a flexible, collaborative approach—ensuring every program is tailored, not one-size-fits-all, and built to support long-term success on the road.
Company History
Ancora Training has been providing CDL training services since 2012; however, our CDL training experience stretches back much farther. In January 2018, Ancora acquired International Schools (a subsidiary of Delta Career Education Corp.), which has been offering career training since 1993. This acquisition enabled us to further strengthen our CDL programs, incorporating International Schools expert trainers, extensive history, and industry experience to our own.
In April 2025, Ancora became part of the Lindenwood Education System (LES). As a division of LES, Ancora is part of a family of private, post-secondary education schools located in nine states, comprising:
- an online division offering AAS and BS degrees
- accredited online high school completion provider
- a training division that partners directly with our clients to power upskilling and reskilling training
- an online academy of self-guided personal and professional development courses
Since our founding, we have grown our portfolio to include dozens of community colleges, government agencies, and B2B firms across the nation.
