Golars Environmental Solutions is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Environmental Project Manager to join our team in Indiana. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in environmental project management, a strong educational background in environmental science or a related field, and a deep understanding of soil and water remediation, with a particular focus on projects involving dry cleaners and manufacturing facilities. The candidate should also be well-versed in IDEM regulations and have a proven track record of planning, budgeting, and successfully managing environmental projects.

Requirements

         Key Responsibilities

• • Manage and oversee environmental remediation projects, with a focus on soil and water remediation.
  • Conduct investigations and assessments, particularly related to dry cleaner sites and manufacturing facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with IDEM regulations and other relevant environmental laws.
  • Utilize Ajera software for project management and financial tracking
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and monitor project progress.
  • Travel to site locations within Indiana as needed.
  • Proficiently write technical reports and documentation.
  • Interpret laboratory analysis results.
  • Lead vapor mitigation and bedrock investigations at dry cleaner and manufacturing sites.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team
  • Knowledge of PFAs and other hazardous chemicals.
