About Governance, Risk & Compliance Services
Governance, risk and compliance are three key pillars of every organisation. In GRCS, we act as trusted advisers to senior management across a wide range of sectors and institutions, providing varied and challenging work.
Our clients fall into two 2 main groups:
Financial services: International, regional and local banks, asset managers, insurers and other financial institutions.
Real economy: Large conglomerates, local governments, regulators and well-known consumer brands across non-financial sectors.
We go beyond assessing compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting internal audits. We help clients navigate complex risk and regulatory frameworks in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions, enabling senior management to make informed decisions about process and operating-model improvements, outsourcing, new business initiatives, third-party onboarding, and the design or transformation of risk management and internal audit functions.
