- Sr. Project Architect
Description
Position: We are looking for a self-driven experienced full-time in office licensed Project Architect with strong problem solving and advanced technical skills.
Job Summary: Takes primary responsibility for managing and orchestrating the work of the entire design team, consultants, code enforcement officials, suppliers and contractors; and may be the primary contact for the Owner. Project Architects assist in identifying opportunities, pursuing commissions, negotiating contracts and managing project finances.

Qualifications: - NY License + 10 years min. Project Architect Experience
Experience: - College degree required
- Advanced degree(s) preferred over Associate’s/Bachelor’s
- Experience required, minimum 10 years
- Construction related experience preferred, not required
- NYS Architectural license required
- Portfolio required
- References required (Clients, Contractors and Consultants)
- Proficiency in Revit preferred
Additional
Comments: Salary level is commensurate with experience range $110-$130K. EEO Employer.
