Job Description
Sales Analyst, Amazon-Personal Health (Stamford, CT or Mississauga, CA)
Reporting the Amazon Commercial Leader, North American, the Sales Analyst Leads the development and execution of comprehensive sales analysis projects, providing strategic insights and recommendations to management for driving business growth and sales performance.
Your role:
- Collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance sales forecasting models, utilizing extensive data analysis to ensure robust and actionable sales projections.
- Contributes to the design and maintenance of advanced sales reporting frameworks, ensuring integration of diverse data sources to support strategic decision-making processes with high accuracy.
- Designs and monitors a robust framework for key performance indicators (KPIs), providing detailed and timely reports that support strategic performance enhancement initiatives.
- Conducts in-depth financial analysis of sales budgets and expenditures, producing detailed and strategic reports for senior management to support financial planning and cost management
- Leads Trade Spend Management including deduction clearing, audit resolution and promotional effectiveness
- Owner of Core Reporting, including NPPM, COGS, Price Band Performance and MAP impact
You're the right fit if:
- You've acquired 3+ years' experience analysis &/or sales/marketing experience, preferably with a major CPG company or retailer; Bachelors degree in business or marketing
- You have strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a cross functional environment
- Amazon financial fluency an asset
- Toolset: Advanced Excel (modeling & auditability), Power BI (model‑driven dashboards), and working SQL (joins, aggregations); mastery of Vendor Central and Adesso
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in (Stamford, CT) is $100,000 to $158,000
The pay range for this position in (Missasauga, CA) is $73,000 to $115,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
