Job Description:

Upon contract award, we have an exciting opportunity for HUMINT Targeting Analyst. Candidate will support INSCOM HQ in Fort Belvoir, VA.
Duties:
- Conduct intelligence analysis to enable the development of HUMINT efforts, based on established analytical tradecraft methodologies and unit collection and targeting strategies. This intelligence analysis should provide the detailed analysis necessary to support current and future, full-spectrum operations.
- Conduct analysis to prioritize topics and requirements and present this analysis in a weekly report. Efforts recommended as a priority should align with INSCOM plans and operations.
- Attend targeting meetings (estimated one time per month) hosted by INSCOM MSCs.
- Conduct analytical exchanges and engagements (estimated one time per week
Job Requirements:
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Certification required is DoD or IC Targeting Certification
- Certification required in All Source Analysis
- Minimum of 10 years of experience conducting strategic DoD or IC HUMINT Targeting
- Knowledge of the Intelligence Cycle, HUMINT operations, and HUMINT Collection Management
- Must have a Top Secret/SCI with poly clearance
