- Manufacturing Industrial Painter
Description
Job purpose: For Craftsmen Who Take Pride in the Finish
We are a business where coating quality, technical skill, and professional pride matter. We are hiring a seasoned Industrial Painter who understands that surface prep, coating selection, and application technique directly determine product performance, durability, and customer reputation.
This role is for painters who don’t cut corners, who understand coating systems, and who want to work in an operation that invests in the right equipment, the right processes, and the right people.
If you are the kind of painter who notices runs no one else sees, who checks mils without being told, and who wants to work where skill matters — you’ll fit here.
Requirements

Set up, dial in, and operate airless and pressure pot spray systems for consistent, repeatable finish quality.
Mix and adjust coatings to technical data sheets and environmental conditions.
Control mil thickness, finish appearance, adhesion quality, and cure performance.
Surface Prep & Blasting Excellence
Execute or support blasting prep, masking, cleaning, and surface conditioning required for coating performance.
Evaluate surfaces before coating — not after problems show up.
Understand how prep impacts long-term coating durability and customer satisfaction.
Quality & Production Leadership on the Floor

Deliver consistent, defect-free finishes while meeting production commitments.
Take ownership of your work — start to finish.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and production ready.
