Role Overview
The Junior Investment Analyst will play a key role in supporting late‑stage growth investments across Asia within the bio‑industrial and climate‑tech space. This is a rare opportunity to join a lean, high‑performing investment team, offering broad exposure to deal execution, portfolio value creation, sector research, and commercial strategy.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities with genuine curiosity beyond the numbers-someone who wants to understand how companies operate, scale, and deliver impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and scenario planning for potential investments.
• Support end‑to‑end deal execution, including due diligence, market sizing, competitive analysis, and investment committee materials.
• Perform in‑depth sector and thematic research across climate‑aligned and bio‑industrial innovation.
• Collaborate with investment professionals and portfolio companies to support ongoing value creation initiatives.
• Identify and track emerging opportunities and trends across Asia.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, or relevant analytical roles.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; able to work independently with complex datasets.
• Demonstrated interest in sustainability, industrial technologies, bio‑innovation, or the green transition.
• Commercially minded, curious, and capable of thinking beyond the deal (market dynamics, business models, operational drivers).
• Self‑starter comfortable working in a lean team environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
