Key Responsibilities

1. Journeyman Welder

1. Perform structural and pipe welding using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
2. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols.
3. Ensure all welding complies with company and industry safety standards.
4. Conduct routine inspections and repairs of welded structures.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in welding.
2. Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.

2. Journeyman Millwright

1. Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
2. Align machines and equipment using precision tools and instruments.
3. Troubleshoot mechanical failures and perform preventive maintenance.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 4 years of millwright experience.
2. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to read schematics, manuals, and mechanical drawings.
4. Familiarity with machine shop tools and industrial equipment.

3. Journeyman Pipe Fitter

1. Assemble, install, and maintain piping systems, steam, and industrial piping.
2. Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications for pipe layouts.
3. Cut, bend, and thread pipes using various hand and power tools.

Requirements:

1. Journeyman Pipe Fitter certification.
2. At least 4 years of experience in pipe fitting.
3. Ability to work with materials such as copper, steel, and plastic.

d. Familiarity with pressure testing and welding techniques for pipe systems

1. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
2. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
4. Must have reliable transportation.
5. Ability to work long, flexible hours and overtime as needed

Work Environment

1. This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work vary (Monday to Sunday, including some overnight work), and overtime is frequently required.
2. This position is safety-sensitive in nature. Employees perform duties where risks of injury to self or others, or environmental injury, are present. Even a momentary lapse of concentration can have serious consequences.
3. Work is often performed in harsh elements (hot, humid, and/or cold temperatures, rain, etc.). Industrial environments may include exposure to hazardous chemicals, moving heavy equipment, and other safety-sensitive hazards.
4. Employees must always be alert and able to safely perform essential job duties without risking harm to themselves or others.
