On-Site Hiring Event — Immediate Opportunities Available
A behavioral health hospital in Riverside is hiring Part-Time Janitorial staff and invites interested candidates to attend our on-site hiring event.
Hiring Event Details
Date: Saturday, February 28
Time: 1:00 PM 4:00 PM
Location: 9990 County Farm Rd., Riverside, CA 92503
Look for: The Blue Servicon tent outside the facility
Available Part-Time Shifts
• 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
• 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
• 10:00 PM 6:30 AM
Pay Rate
$18 per hour
Who Should Attend?
Individuals looking to supplement their income or secure consistent part-time hours are encouraged to attend.
This role supports a behavioral health environment, so candidates must be comfortable working in settings where patients may experience emotional or behavioral episodes. Ideal candidates remain professional, calm, and respectful while working in potentially emotionally challenging situations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Clean, sanitize and disinfect patient rooms and common areas of the hospital
- Remove trash from the premises in designated areas
- Clean all floor surfaces: vacuum all carpeted areas (offices, lobbies, corridors), damp-mop or spot-clean spills in offices, stairwells, and public areas as needed, and sweep or dust-mop all hard floors.
- Keep janitor's closet clean, neat, and in orderly condition.
- Other jobs and duties as identified or assigned as needed.

Have previous experience in a behavioral health setting or caregiving role
Remain calm, grounded, and composed during stressful or rapidly changing situations
Demonstrate empathy, patience, and respect toward individuals experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges
Feel motivated by work that directly supports patient care, safety, and overall well-being
Take pride in maintaining a clean, orderly, and secure environment
Are able to communicate effectively in English
