We are on the lookout for a bright, motivated Information Technology Intern to join our team in our Syracuse, NY office. The ideal candidate would be local to Syracuse and able to start in April 2026 working 10-20 hours per week as your schedule allows. This internship would continue throughout the summer as a full-time, 40-hour per week internship until August 2026.

Duties will include:

Provision new computers for employees.

Respond to customer inquiries in a quick, courteous, and professional manner.

Collaborate with employees to quickly resolve any technical issue that interrupt their workflow.

Work with other IT Support team members to perform important tasks such as troubleshooting network connectivity, Audio/Visual (AV) equipment, and handling inventory.

Perform other duties as requested.

Currently pursuing an Associates or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Availability to start in April 2026 is required.

Familiarity with ThinkPad laptops is a plus.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 is a plus.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. computer equipment.

Estimated Pay Range: $18/hour.
