Georgia Golf Center (GGC) in Roswell, Georgia, is looking for a Golf Superintendent to plan and supervise the maintenance of the 20-acre facility. Since 2012, GGC has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Stand Alone Driving Ranges in America by Golf Range Association of America. We have a 6000sf Tif3D putting green, a TifTuf 2000sf chipping green with bunker and a TifTuf 3000sf chipping green in the short game area. The driving range area of 10 acres consists of 5 contoured target greens and 6 intermediate targets

• Develop and implement agronomic programs for turfgrass management, pest control, fertilization, and irrigation
• Work with our chemical company to create a chemical/fertilization program and a budget for purchases
• Knowledge of irrigation includes watering practices, irrigation systems, pumps, wells and automatic controls and drainage.
• Strong mechanical, irrigation, and spraying experience preferred.
• Calibration and operation of sprayer and spreader equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Maintain target greens, driving range field and perimeter areas, putting green, chipping greens and short game area, front entrance, parking and landscaping beds
• General repair and maintenance of mowers and range equipment (ball washers, dispensers, carts)
• Occasional ball picking and picker duties around the facility
