  • Communicate frequently with fiscally sponsored project directors to ensure terms are fair, clear and agreeable to all parties.
  • Proactively apply knowledge of federal and state-specific labor codes for contractors and verify employees are classified accurately, in collaboration with Senior Human Resources Manager, as necessary
  • Ensure all contractor agreements and onboarding practices strictly adhere to IRS guidelines and rules that govern charitable entities
  • Develop contracts with international parties that comply with government requirements
  • Consistently ensure contract values and terms align with project balances, market rates and demonstrate balanced value to the charitable entity
  • Collaborate with the Senior Human Resources Director as necessary in the preparation and responses for any potential employment agency audits and other regulatory inquiries specifically targeting worker classification
  • Provide strategic input to strengthen decision-making, boost organizational efficiency, and foster a collaborative culture, including periodical internal reviews of files
