The Client Partner (CP) at Paciolan serves as a high powered expert, relentlessly focused on their partners' success. CPs establish regular communication and trusted relationships with multiple levels of leadership, facilitating conversation around best practices and maximization while being the point person to triage issues. Always with the pulse of client performance and industry trends, Client Partners understand partners' situational needs and proactively deliver industry wide expertise to ensure partners maximize their revenue potential. Client Partners are experts in revenue generating areas and are known as leaders in leveraging data to create forward thinking strategies that maximize revenue, optimize operational output and guide business decisions.
OBJECTIVES:
The core objective is to drive partners to unexpected success.
This begins with setting aggressive, informed revenue forecasts, understanding where growth, technology advances and environmental elements will impact partner operations. Success is achieved by fostering and leveraging relationships at all levels of the partner org structure, telling compelling data driven stories that accelerate product adoption, and driving best practice implementation. Consistent and effective use of the Paciolan toolbox, community and Client Partner resources leads to the long term client growth, Paciolan growth and partnership extensions.
EXTERNAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze revenue generation, business models, sales, fundraising and marketing strategies to deliver best practices, actionable data driven insights and predictive revenue modeling across partners.
- Leverage data and benchmarking to drive storytelling that fuels optimal product and service adoption
- Elevate revenue generation forecasting, planning and execution through strategic data application.
- Lead impactful standing meetings with key stakeholders on a regular cadence while managing quarterly Executive sessions to ensure alignment across the organization
- Build a trusted consultant/advisor relationship with Leadership and Executive team members
- Quarterback the relationship proactively identifying opportunities within conversations and discovery so we are positioned to present relevant new methods, concepts or solutions with confidence
- Quarterback the relationship reactively Utilizing internal resources to guide operational partner challenges to the right help or solution channels
- Share responsibility with Sales for extension, renewal and growth of Paciolan master contracts
INTERNAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be an internal leader as the Quarterback on partner relationships, it is critical that our Client Partners are elite collaborators who effectively communicate client needs, challenges and client feedback to internal support, product and engineering teams.
- Manage internal forecasting and partner projections
- Uncover and lead educational opportunities as relevant
INDUSTRY WIDE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively collaborate, network, be curious and continuously seek both knowledge and deeper industry relationships.
- Stay on top of and in some cases help define - the newest trends within the live entertainment and ticketing industry
- Present and active at select industry conferences where moderating panels and speaking engagements serve as great opportunities to extend the business and elevate your brand within the industry.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Strong industry knowledge in ticketing, marketing and revenue generation ecosystems
- Ability to uncover new opportunities in situations by connecting dots within and between partners, tools and environment
- Strong analytical mindset and solid tech aptitude/competency
- Strong presenter and communicator
- Responsive and collaborative
ROLE ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years of live entertainment (sports, arts, theatre) sales, marketing, business operations or account management industry experience
- Strong communication, public speaking and presentation skills a must
- Collegiate, pro or Arts/Arena Revenue ecosystem experience a must
- Familiarity with ticketing systems is a must, Paciolan platform experience a plus
PAY TRANSPARENCY:
The approximate national annual base pay range for this position is $110,000 to $120,000. Please note that this is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation based on individual and company performance. Placement on the range may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and geographic location. The pay rate will comply with all minimum federal, state, and local wage/salary requirements.
