The Role

Part-Time Evening Cleaner Courthouse Facilities

Schedule: MondayFriday, 5:00 PM 1:30 AM

We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Evening Cleaner to provide janitorial services at courthouse facilities. You will be assigned to one courthouse per shift, working 34 evenings per week, with advance notice of your schedule whenever possible.

Minimum guaranteed hours: 24 hours per week.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide janitorial services to various courthouses throughout the Antelope Valley.
• Empty, clean, and damp wipe all waste receptacles as well as remove waste paper and rubbish from the premises to designated areas.
• Keep janitor's closet clean, neat, and in orderly condition.  
• Other jobs and duties as identified or assigned as needed.

What It Takes To Be Successful

• Ability to successfully pass a Live Scan for the County to obtain badge clearance 
• Interpersonal and leadership skills
• Problem solving skills
• Time management skills
• 1+ years custodial cleaning experience or equivalent preferred
